IMFit Fest gathers the movement, recovery, nutrition and wellness businesses of the Roanoke Valley under one roof for a single afternoon. You can meet the practitioners, try what they do, and find out what is actually available to you close to home. Entry is free, every age is welcome, and you can stay as long as you like.

Two ways to join us on the floor. We review applications in the order they arrive and keep the room walkable all day, so space is limited. If you are not sure which tier fits, just ask.

Claim a table

Tell us a little about what you do and we will get back to you with a spot on the floor plan. This is the first IMFit Fest, so we are building the floor from scratch and we want a real mix of what the Roanoke Valley has to offer.

Parking
Free lot parking on site, no permit needed. Come in through the main hotel entrance and follow the signs to Elephant Walk. Vendors load in at the rear door, then move cars to the far side of the lot.
Access
Everything happens on one level with step-free access from the lot. Strollers and wheelchairs fit the aisles. If you need anything to make the day easier, email us before the 15th and we will sort it out.

Is it really free to attend?
Yes. Entry is free and open to the public. Just show up ready to explore.
How many vendors will be there?
Up to 20 booths on the floor, spanning fitness, nutrition, recovery, and local wellness services.
Where do I park?
The event is at Elephant Walk inside the Holiday Inn, so there is ample on-site parking.
